Modified Isocyanate Crosslinker BN-PC02-23 is a high-solids multifunctional polymeric aziridine crosslinker designed to enhance the performance of water-based coating systems. It provides excellent crosslinking efficiency, extended pot life under alkaline conditions, and low toxicity, making it suitable for food-contact applications.

BN-PC02-23 can be dispersed in water-based systems without forming precipitates.
It may be diluted with organic solvents or water, depending on formulation requirements.

BN-PC02-23 is suitable for industrial and architectural aqueous coating systems, as well as leather and textile coatings.
Recommended dosage: 4–8% (liquid vs. liquid), depending on polymer functionality and system solids content
Pot life:
Dependent on system pH
Typically > 48 hours at pH > 7.5
Pot life increases at higher pH levels
Crosslinking conditions:
Reaction occurs at room temperature
Final resistance may require several days
Crosslinking efficiency and performance improve at higher curing temperatures
Packaging: 25 kg plastic barrels or user-specified packaging
Storage conditions:
Store indoors in original, unopened, and undamaged containers
Dry environment at 5–40 °C
Avoid direct sunlight
Shelf life: 6 months from the date of production under original packaging conditions
