Physical features

Proposed use

1. Suitable for acrylic resin containing carboxyl, polyurethane resin, etc.;
2. Coatings, inks or finishing varnishes designed for plastic packaging films, paper packaging, labels, wood, metal, fabric or leather, etc.;
3. Low toxicity (Non-genotoxic and non-mutagenic), multifunctional polymeric aziridine crosslinker for use in industries in contact with food.

Method of application

It is suitable for industrial and architectural aqueous coating systems, leather and textile coatings. The amount of crosslinking agent can vary from 4 to 8% (liquid versus liquid) and depends on the functionality of the polymer and the solids content of the system. The pot life of the mixture depends on the pH of the system, but is typically > 48 hours at pH > 7.5. At higher pH levels, the pot life is extended. The cross-linking reaction is carried out at room temperature and may take several days to achieve final resistance. Crosslinking and performance enhancements increase at higher curing temperatures.

Packaging & storage

Packing specifications for 25Kg plastic barrels, or user specified packaging. The product shall be stored indoors in an original, unopened and undamaged container, in a dry environment at a temperature of 5 to 40 ℃. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight. The storage period of the product under the original packaging conditions is 6 months from the date of production; Non-flammable, explosive, but corrosive to a certain extent, belonging to the general dangerous goods.
