Widely applied to the fields of water-based and partial solvent-based ink, coating, pressure-sensitive adhesive, adhesive and the like, and remarkably improves the washing resistance, the scrubbing resistance, the chemical resistance and the adhesion on various substrates of cross-linked film-forming products; The cross-link agent belongs to an environment-friendly cross-link agent, harmful substances such as formaldehyde are not released after cross-link, and a finished product after cross-linking is nontoxic and odorless.

Method of applicationIt is usually 1-3% of the solid content of acrylic emulsion or polyurethane dispersion. The optimum pH value of the emulsion is 9.0–9.5. It should not be used in acidic medium. This product is mainly cross-linked with the carboxyl group in the emulsion. It is usually used at room temperature and has better baking effect at 60–80℃. The customer shall conduct test determination according to their own process needs.

This product is a two-component cross-linking agent. It is recommended to use it within 6–8 hours once it is added into the system. It is best for customers to test its service life according to the actual use temperature and the compatible resin system. At the same time, this product has a slightly irritating smell of ammonia; therefore, it should be handled carefully to avoid direct contact with skin and eyes, and used in a ventilated environment as far as possible. Special attention shall be paid to oral and nasal inhalation during spraying, and special masks, gloves and protective clothing shall be worn for operation.

Packaging & storage

Packing specifications for 25Kg plastic barrels, or user specified packaging. This product is stored in a dry, cool, dark, high temperature-resistant closed condition. Be sure to avoid contact with acids or oxidizing agents. The storage period of the product under the original packaging conditions is 12 months from the date of production; Non-flammable, explosive, but corrosive to a certain extent, belonging to the general dangerous goods.
