3. Compared with zinc oxide, the addition of organic zinc can greatly improve the vulcanization degree of NR vulcanizates, resulting in the improvement of the tensile strength and the tensile stress at all levels of NR vulcanizates, and a slight decrease in the tensile elongation at break.
4. After the addition of organic zinc, the vulcanized rubber undergoes damp-heat aging, and the tensile strength is mainly decreased while the elongation at break is increased, and the strength after aging is equivalent to that of zinc oxide.
Proposed use
1. Rubber industry: It is an important additive for rubber products. It can improve the vulcanization activity of rubber, accelerate the vulcanization speed, improve the abrasion resistance, tear resistance, heat resistance and other properties of rubber, and extend the service life of rubber products. The recommended addition amount is 60%-80% of that of zinc oxide on the market.
2. Ceramic industry: When it is added into ceramics, the sintering temperature of ceramics can be reduced and the compactness, mechanical strength and dielectric properties of ceramics can be improved. It is commonly used to manufacture advanced ceramic products, such as electronic ceramics and structural ceramics.
