Product description
This adsorbent is a new functional resin independently developed by our company. Its function has a unique treatment effect on phenols, arylamines and heavy metal ions in industrial wastewater. Through the synergistic effect of chemical and physical forces, organic substances in the water are adsorbed. The material is weakly basic and has good adsorption effect on phenol, acid and amine contain aromatic ring or heterocyclic in waste water and certain adsorption effect on common organic combination containing carboxyl, hydroxyl and amino.
Product features
1. Targeting and strong selectivity: Targeting the adsorption of volatile phenol in phenol-containing wastewater, especially high-concentration phenol-containing wastewater (volatile phenol content of 1000-30000ppm).
2. Wide application range: Water quality does not need pretreatment, and other elements (sulfur, ammonia, inorganic salt and the like) in the water quality do not affect the adsorption effect of the material.
3. Good adsorption effect: The removal rate of volatile phenol can reach 97-99%.
4. Long service life of that material: The adsorption material can be regenerate and activated aft being saturated by adsorption, and the activation times are as high as more than 100 time.
5. Large saturated adsorption amount: The saturated adsorption amount of volatile phenol in the wastewater by the adsorption material can reach 0.5-1.0g/g.
6. Simple regeneration process: Alkali liquor is used for regeneration and can be used continuously after being directly regenerated in an adsorption container.
7. High recovery rate of volatile phenol: After the adsorption material is regenerated, the regenerated liquid can be directly recovered and sold to downstream phenol sodium salt recovery manufacturer. The recovery rate of phenol can reach 80%.
8. Low project investment: Special stainless steel reactor as adsorption vessel, low cost.
9. Low operation cost: Accord to that different concentrations of volatile phenol in the wastewater, the treatment cost per ton of wastewater is 10-30 RMB. The whole process can realize full automation and the labor cost is low.

Packaging & storage
Packaging specifications for 1000Kg tons of bags, user-specified packaging. This product is stored in a dry, cool, closed condition. The storage period of the product under the original packaging conditions is 12 months from the date of production; Non flammable, explosive, belongs to the general dangerous goods.
