Modified Isocyanate Crosslinker BN-PC02-21 is a high-performance multifunctional polymeric aziridine crosslinker developed to improve the chemical and mechanical properties of water-based coating systems. Solubility

BN-PC02-21 can be dispersed in water-based systems without forming precipitates.
It may be diluted with organic solvents or water, depending on formulation requirements.

Proposed Uses

1. Suitable for acrylic resins containing carboxyl groups, polyurethane resins, and related systems

2. Applicable in coatings, inks, and finishing varnishes for:

   • Plastic packaging films

   • Paper packaging

Method of Application

The addition of 4–8% by weight of BN-PC02-21 to carboxylic-acid-functional aqueous acrylic emulsions or polyurethane dispersions significantly enhances both chemical and mechanical properties, including:

• Water resistance

• Alkali resistance

• Alcohol resistance

• Oil resistance

• Scratch resistance

• Abrasion resistance

Packaging & Storage

• Packaging: 25 kg plastic barrels or user-specified packaging

• Storage conditions:

  • Store indoors in original, unopened, and undamaged containers

  • Dry environment at 5–40 °C

  • Avoid direct exposure to sunlight

• Shelf life: 6 months from the date of production under original packaging conditions

• Safety classification: Non-flammable and non-explosive, but slightly corrosive; classified as general dangerous goods
